Tax & Contribution Information:

• Donations are recorded in the fiscal year (January 1 – December 31) in which they are received.

• Sponsors receive an acknowledgment letter stating the total contribution value.

• Upon request, we can provide an estimated tax-deductible portion based on previous expenses. The actual fair market value for the current year will be available post-event.

• Sponsors declining event tickets must notify the Foundation at the time of their pledge.​
